Haha, there are so many delicious food in my hometown, so you can see many of my written short passage about that. I'm very happy to introduce the hometown cuisine culture to you. Today the bite of Miancheng is Rice Noodle Roll. When studying in Guangzhou far from my hometown, I ate rice noodle roll in the school and somewhere else in Guangzhou. I feel the rice noodle roll there isn't so tasty and resemble that in my hometown, but at a lower price indeed. In my hometown, in effect, the rice noodle roll is thin in shape,smooth in flavor, white in color and special in taste. Actually, I don't know why Guangzhou and Miancheng people who all use the same machine still make the taste so different.

Imagining that you are passing the small store, the cook is operating the machine to make the delicious rice noodle roll . In front of the machine lie several bowls filling with carrots, mushrooms, shrimps, vegetable and slices of meat and the cook stir the batter mix. Then he scoops up a spoon of batter mix on the metal tray and spreads the batter evenly. Then he puts all the mentioned ingredients on the batter and crams the tray in the food steamer. After a while, the tray is taken. Then you can see a layer of gluten, thin as a paper and the gluten stuffed with different ingredients is rolled. The essential step is to serve the gluten with special sauce which is the maker of double-boiled soup. Then you can enjoy the speciality with shacha sauce and chili sauce.
