Secondly, we should have a reasonable eating habit.Regular daily meals are very important to us. According to Chinese traditional dietary habits, meals are divided into three times a day, and there is a saying that "we are told by words that breakfast must be full of nutrition;at lunch,we must be full so that we can be energetic;while as for dinner time,eating less is important because we can not give pressure and burdens to our digitive system.". This is also a good way to allocate human body heat and nutrients in a day to three meals a day.Scientific eating habits, can make people stay away from the disease, the body is more healthy.
