Today,I wanna introduce a traditional Chinese food—dumplings to you.On the Chinese New Year' s Eve,most families make a lot of delicious dumplings,which is the symbol of auspiciousness.The working process is kind of tedious.Do you want to have a try?Just follow my course.
The first step is to mix the flour with water and then press the dough with your hands till it is not sticky.
The second step is to chop filling.Usually,we use meat such as beef or mutton,and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.Indeed,you can choose whatever you like to put into it.Chop those things into small pieces,then put some salt,oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly.
The third step is to make the wrappings.Roll the dough with a round stick into small,thin round pieces.Keeping each wrapping two inches in diameter is OK.

The fourth step is to put the fillings in the middle of a wrapping,which is the most important step.First,put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.Then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest.Don' t just cover the filling with the wrappers.
If you successfully finish all steps above,you can boiling these dumplings.Put plenty of water on the stove,and put dumlpings one by one into the water when the water is boiling.Don’t forget to cover the pot.Now,you can prepare bowls or plates and get ready to eat.
